<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus which is made compact and improved in transmission/reception characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The communication apparatus 100 includes a capacitive coupling electrode 111 which is capacitively coupled with an adjacent conductor or an adjacent dielectric 200 and which operates the conductor or the dielectric 200 as an antenna element for electromagnetic waves of a predetermined frequency, and a matching circuit 120 which is connected to the capacitive coupling electrode 111 and which matches impedance of the conductor or the dielectric 200 to be operated as the antenna element for the electromagnetic waves of the predetermined frequency when the conductor or the dielectric 200 is adjacent and capacitively coupled therewith. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
