<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality management device, quality management system, quality management method, and program for improving efficiency of analyzing a fault that occurs in software development. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The quality management device 2 is provided with: a process-deliverables information registering part 5 for associating a plurality of processes executed in software development with deliverables obtained in each process and generating association information; a quality information registering part 6 for collecting quality information that specifies at least the number of software faults, a process in which each fault occurs, and deliverables associated with each fault; and a quality map generating part 7 for generating a quality map 21 for displaying the occurrence state of faults in each process or a quality map 22 for displaying the occurrence state of the faults in each of the deliverables, on the basis of the quality information. The quality map generating part 7 changes the quality map 21 to the quality map 22 or changes the quality map 22 to the quality map 21 on the basis of the association information in response to an instruction from the outside.
