<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerant circuit device capable of improving operational efficiency without increasing frost formation and suppressing degradation of a cooling capacity while reducing power consumption. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this refrigerant circuit device 20 which includes a refrigerant circuit 30 for cooling and heating, having an inside heat exchanger 34, a compressor 31 for cooling and heating, and an outside heat exchanger 32, and heating a right storage 3a in which the inside heat exchanger 34 is disposed, and a refrigerant circuit 40 for cooling, having an evaporator 44, a compressor 41 for cooling and a condenser 42, and cooling a commodity storage 3 in which the evaporator 44 is disposed, and in which the outside heat exchanger 32 and the condenser 42 are constituted to exchange heat with each other, a control section 50 is further disposed to reduce rotational frequency of the compressor 31 for cooling and heating, when a cold exhausting amount of the refrigerant in the outside heat exchanger 32 is relatively more than a heat radiating amount of the refrigerant in the condenser 42.
