Ž<P>SOLUTION: The combination of a water-in-oil dosage form with a polyhydric alcohol-based moisturizer such as glycerine, diglycerol, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, isoprene glycol, ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, polyethylene glycol or the like permits stable compounding of triterpene acid, a derivative thereof and/or a salt thereof without detriment to the emulsified state thereof.
