<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress defects caused by dripping of a liquid to a wiring line. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A liquid delivering apparatus includes a head which delivers the liquid and a cover which covers a head. The cover includes first through-hole for a liquid supplying part which supplies the liquid to the head, a second through-hole for the wiring line which supplies an electric signal to the head, and a guide wall formed between the first through-hole and the second through-hole to regulate inflow of the liquid from the first through-hole side to the second through-hole side and also to guide the liquid of the first through-hole side downward.
