The contact point 3e of the worm wheel 3 includes a first terminal 3e<SB>1</SB>, a second terminal 3e<SB>2</SB>, and a third terminal 3e<SB>3</SB>. The first terminal 3e<SB>1</SB>is arranged at a position contacted with a second current-carrying part 3f<SB>2</SB>, a first insulated part 3g<SB>1</SB>, and a third current-carrying part 3f<SB>3</SB>one by one respectively when the worm wheel 3 is rotated. The second terminal 3e<SB>2</SB>is arranged at a position always contacted with a first current-carrying part 3f<SB>1</SB>when the worm wheel 3 is rotated. The third terminal 3e<SB>3</SB>is arranged at a position contacted with a second insulated part 3g<SB>2</SB>, the first current-carrying part 3f<SB>1</SB>, and a third insulated part 3g<SB>1</SB>one by one respectively when the worm wheel 3 is rotated.
