PURPOSE: A sump is provided to prevent flooding due to draining function degradation by preventing rainwater from being blocked. CONSTITUTION: A sump comprises a main body(10), a drainpipe(30), a cover(70), and a filtering net(50). Rainwater is collected in the main body. The drainpipe is connected to the main body and is connected to a river or a waterway. The cover is installed in the main body, supports the weight of the vehicle and filters the included alien substance included in the rainwater. The filter is installed between the drainpipe and the cover and filters the alien substance included in the rainwater. The inside of the main body is divided by a tank(16).
