<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope light guide flexible tube which satisfies all requested performances different for respective regions and is excellent in durability and operability. <P>SOLUTION: A shell layer 12 covering the periphery of a core material 18 includes a first coat layer 14 and a second coat layer 16 having a hardness higher than the first coat layer 14, which are laminated with each other. The thickness of the shell layer 12 is uniform over the entire area of the light guide flexible tube 10, and in first and second ends 10E and 10F of the light guide flexible tube 10, the first coat layer 14 is thin, and the second coat layer 16 is thick. In such a manner, by providing a hard region where the hardness is higher than a peripheral part and durability against bending stress or the like is excellent at both ends and a non-hard region which is more flexible than the hard region and is easy to bend at the periphery of both ends or the like, the light guide flexible tube 10 is excellent in durability and operability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
