<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable fuel supply device having simple construction for suppressing the radiation of high-frequency electromagnetic wave noise generated in a driving circuit for a fuel pump placed in a resin fuel tank. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The fuel supply device comprises the resin fuel tank 20, the fuel pump 10 for discharging fuel FL at predetermined pressure, a fuel pump control device FPC 31 for driving the fuel pump 10, and an electronic control device ECU 30 for controlling the FPC 31 depending on the operated condition of an internal combustion engine. A distance L<SB>CNT</SB>between the fuel pump 10 and a ground surface 50 is set in a range to satisfy L<SB>CNT</SB><4×D in a relationship to an outer diameter D of a pump housing 100.
