TRANSMISSION LINE TYPE CAPACITOR

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-capacitance decoupling capacitor responding to a GHz band. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The transmission line type capacitor includes: a first conductive layer 1-2 formed on a base material insulation sheet 1-1; and a strip-like second conductive layer 2 formed on its upper surface through a first insulation thin-film layer 3-1. The capacitor further includes: a second insulating layer 3-2 conformally coating the second conductive layer; and a metal/semiconductor thin-film layer 3-3 conformally coating its upper part. A connection terminal 4-1 connected to the first conductive layer and a connection terminal 4-2 connected to the second conductive layer are formed adjacent to each other in the vicinity of one end of the second conductive layer.
