<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strap for holding infant which has little deformation such as strandedness, peeled up condition, distortion and so on of the crossing part of the belt which functions as a placement part for an infant/toddler, though it is a strap for holding infant which is light and easy to carry. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The strap for holding infant has a pair of ringlike belts with a certain breadth that are connected in such a manner that they cross at almost right angles. The connection part of the ringlike belt is formed as a region formed as an almost square shape, and it connects the pair of ringlike belts by sewing the outer peripheral part of the region of the square shape. Also, at the triangular-shaped opening region which is formed by each side rim of the ringlike belts whose origin point is the crossing part of the pair of ringlike belts, a cloth body having an almost triangular shape is installed, and an adjustment tool is provided at the pair of ring-shaped belts in order to adjust the length of the ringlike belts.
