PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress the adverse effect caused by negative pressure in a drainage system. SOLUTION: This siphon drainage system can suck air through a membrane valve 80 even if pressure in the drainage system including a temporary storage tank 50 becomes negative pressure. In addition, this system can suck air from a drain riser through a vent pipe 30 to eliminate the negative pressure in the drainage system effectively. Consequently, noise of drain water caused by the negative pressure in the drainage system can be eliminated.
