<p>The instrument has a monoblock body (1) formed of a primary template and six small templates. The templates are fabricated in a rigid, plain and transparent material that is sufficient for resisting shocks, where arcs of the templates are identified by color coding. A surface of the body is formed of printed reference axes (5) comprising radius of the templates. A perforation (6) is provided in volume of the body. The templates are beveled on their upper sloped edges.</p>
