PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lens for double-sided illumination enabling an LED to illuminate both sides thereof, a double-sided illumination LED module, and to provide an LED double-sided illumination device using them.

SOLUTION: The LED lens 100 for double-sided illumination includes an incidence portion 110 to which light is incident, a first light emission portion 120 arranged while facing the incidence portion 110 with a part of the upward light emission, a reflection portion 130 arranged being extended from the first light emission portion 120 and reflecting other part of the light, and a second light emission portion 140 arranged while facing the first light emission portion 120, from which the reflected light from the reflection portion 130 is emitted downwards.
