摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical tomographic image photographing apparatus which allows for observation of a portion an examinee desires to observe with high visibility. <P>SOLUTION: The optical tomographic image photographing apparatus includes: an interference optical system arranged to detect spectral information from interference light of measurement light projected onto an examined object and reference light, and comprising a driving unit arranged to change an optical path length; display means; and a control unit arranged to obtain a tomographic image by performing Fourier analysis on the spectral information and displaying the obtained tomographic image on the display means, wherein the control unit is arranged to control the driving of the driving unit so as to position a front surface of the examined object on the back side of a depth position at which optical path lengths become equal, and obtain a normal image of the tomographic image of the examined object, and control the driving of the driving unit so as to position the front surface of the examined object on the front side of the depth position, and obtain an inverted image of the tomographic image of the examined object, and perform at least one of dispersion correction processing corresponding to the normal image and the inverted image and image combining processing on both of the normal image and the inverted image, and display the images subjected to the at least one processing on the screen of the display means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
