<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a glass chopped strand mat, causing no fracture on the mat when pulling out the mat from a roll, capable of suppressing generation of defects called sink mark on the molded products using the mat, to provide a glass chopped strand mat, and to provide an automotive molded ceiling material. <P>SOLUTION: The production method of the mat comprises: dispersing a powder bonding agent P, which has grain size comprising D<SB>50</SB>(average particle diameter) of≥150μm but≤200μm, D<SB>10</SB>of≥120μm and D<SB>90</SB>of≤295μm based on the effective particle diameters in the grain size accumulation curve, on a sheet 10b provided by accumulating glass chopped strand 10a; heating; and then cooling and solidifying the softened and fluidized bonding agent to bond the glass chopped strand 10a each other. The mat 20 has≥50 g/m<SP>2</SP>but≤200 g/m<SP>2</SP>basis weight. The automotive molded ceiling material is provided by adhering the mat 20 on one of the surface side and the rear surface side of an expanded resin sheet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
