<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical waveguide for a three-dimensional sensor which can be downsized and a three-dimensional sensor using it. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of optical waveguide single-layer bodies V described by the following (α) are laminated coaxially in their thickness direction, thereby forming the optical waveguide W<SB>1</SB>for a three-dimensional sensor having the inner space of the laminated frame-shaped optical waveguide single-layer bodies V as a measurement space H. (α) The optical waveguide single-layer body V includes cores 3A, 3B and an overclad layer 4 formed so that it covers the cores 3A, 3B and is formed in a frame shape in its entirety, wherein an end of the core 3A for emitting light is positioned on one side of the inside of the frame shape, and an end of the core 3B into which the emitted light is introduced is positioned on the other side of the inside of the frame shape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
