<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transcription sheet capable of forming transcription of a membranous transcription layer stable in repeated use without depending on a storage state or the like on an object substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The transcription sheet has a passivation layer 11 on a support substrate 3 through a photothermal conversion layer 7. A transcription layer 13 for transcription object is composed of an organic material, and installed on a forming face of the passivation layer 11.
