<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently secure an insulating creepage distance from an internal connector terminal to the outside of the surface light-emitting device in order to pull out a high potential internal electrode to the outside from a light-emitting tile. <P>SOLUTION: In a surface light-emitting device, when the respective connector terminals 29, 11d of the light-emitting tile 7 and an electrode holding plate 11 are connected to each other, an insulating shielding plate part 11b of the electrode holding plate 11 and an insulating shielding bezel part 9a of a bezel 9 are overlapped in the row direction since the insulating shielding plate part 11b extends from a one side opposite gap of the light-emitting tile 7 to the other side beyond the internal connector terminal 29, and the insulating shielding bezel part 9a extends to one side beyond the internal connector terminal 29 after entering an opposite gap between adjacent light-emitting tiles from the other side, and in a state with both connector terminals 29, 11d connected to each other, an insulating creepage distance from the internal connector terminal 29 to a gap between adjacent bezels is secured to be a predetermined distance or more by the insulating shielding plate part 11b and the insulating shielding bezel part 9a overlapped in the row direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
