PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present meal information meaningful for a user while giving consideration to prevent unnecessary and troublesome information presentation. SOLUTION: When a destination and departure place are separated from the present place by a first and second predetermined distances or longer (S93 YES), the number of settings of the destination in a past predetermined duration is under a predetermined value (S94 YES), and the present is in a meal time zone (S147), a specialty restaurant in the area including the present place is retrieved (S96), and, when it is found, the information on the specialty restaurant is presented (S97).
