<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device for reducing artifacts. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Based upon one drive frequency CLK_B, at which a charge-voltage converting circuit 3 is driven, among a drive frequency CKL_A at which a storage-read circuit (circuit 2 for detecting element) is driven, the drive frequency CLK_B, and a drive frequency CLK_C at which an analog-to-digital converting circuit 4 is driven, the respective drive frequencies are set so that the reference drive frequency CLK_B, and the drive frequencies CLK_A and CLK_C of the remaining circuits have an integral multiple relation or its reciprocal relation, so even if one of the circuits 2 to 4 receives noises from the other circuits, the noises become constant in amount in every cycle of the drive frequencies and the noises reaching the constant amount are eliminated to reduce artifacts.
