PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor capable of measuring an inspection target substance in a liquid to be inspected within a wide concentration range with high precision and capable of being easily and inexpensively manufactured. SOLUTION: In the biosensor wherein at least a label reagent part for holding a label reagent which labels the inspection target substance in the liquid to be inspected and a fixing reagent part for holding a fixing reagent for fixing the inspection target substance are provided in a developing layer for developing the liquid to be inspected, the label reagent contains an insoluble granular marker and the insoluble granular marker is prepared by mixing at least two separately formed particle groups different in particle size distribution.
