<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flush structure door which enhances adhesion performance without forming a gap between a face material and a frame body and enables core framing by a simple constitution, when the face material is arranged in the frame body constituting the flush structure door. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this flush structure door, the face material 4 is arranged in the frame body 3 formed of upper and lower rail core materials 1 and a stile core material 2. The stile core material 2 is equipped with an outside small frame 21 of a stile, and an inside small frame 22 of the stile, which is formed almost as long as the outside small frame 21. Additionally, a rail core-material positioning member 24 is provided near upper and lower ends of the inside small frame 22, and a top surface 24a and an undersurface 24b each serve as a rail core-material abutting surface 241. The rain core material 1 is equipped with an outside small frame 11 of a rail, and an inside small frame 12 of the rail, which is formed almost as long as the outside small frame 11. The inside and outside small frames 12 and 11 each abut on the rail core-material abutting surface 241, so that the rail core material 1 can be vertically positioned with respect to the stile core material 2.
