The device has a control case connected to a door (5) and to actuate two sets of diaphragm levers (72, 73) by opposing a non-locked position to a locked position and vice versa. Each lever has a bolt (8) arranged for casing in a strike plate to be connected to a frame of a caisson in the locked position. The bolt is formed of a cam with a head, where the cam has a section corresponding to a section of a locking sector of the strike plate, so that the door is closably maintained in the caisson without clearance in the locked position. An independent claim is also included for a cabinet comprising guiding rails connected to a door for guiding diaphragm levers in translation.
