PURPOSE: A clutch is provided to simplify a structure and reduce manufacturing cost by connecting and disconnecting power according to specific spots of an electric piece on which rotational motive power is applied. CONSTITUTION: A clutch comprises an outer race(20), an inner race(10), an electric piece(30) and a rotational motive power working unit(50). The inner race is coupled inside the outer race to be rotated. An electric piece insertion hole(11) is formed on the outer circumference which faces the inner circumference of the outer race in the inner race. The electric piece is inserted into the electric piece insertion hole. The electric piece is rotated with the inner race inside the outer race.
