摘要

PURPOSE: A novel 2-substitution amino alkenyloxy-3-substitution phenylethynyl-6-aminoquinoxaline derivative is provided to suppress WNT gene expression and ensure excellent anti-cancer activity. CONSTITUTION: A 2-substitution amino alkenyloxy-3-substitution phenylethynyl-6-aminoquinoxaline derivative is denoted by chemical formula 1. A method for preparing the 2-substitution amino alkenyloxy-3-substitution phenylethynyl-6-aminoquinoxaline derivative comprises: a step of performing Sonogashira reaction of ethynyl group donor reagent of chemical formula 3 with 2,3-dichloro-6-aminoquinoxaline of chemical formula 2 to obtain ethynyl compound of chemical formula 4; a step of reacting the ethynyl compound with alcohol compound of chemical formula 5 under the base presence to obtain the compound of chemical formula 1.
