<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of simply and continuously manufacturing a thrombin-containing liquid and a fibrinogen concentrated liquid from blood. <P>SOLUTION: The method of continuously manufacturing a thrombin-containing liquid and a fibrinogen concentrated liquid not containing prothrombine from blood includes: a process (1) in which blood is diluted 2-8 times with a solution containing an anticoagulant, thereafter is introduced into a plasma separation membrane and is circulated to extract plasma; a process (2) in which the plasma is made to be contact with a perforated material having an anion exchange group in which an albumin effective exchange capacity is 3-60 wt.% based on the total protein amount of the plasma to make the perforated material adsorb prothrombine; a process (3) in which an eluent is made to be contacted with the perforated material having the anion exchange group to collect a thrombin-containing liquid after the process (2); and a process (4) in which the plasma made to be contact with and to pass through the perforated material having an anion exchange group is made to have temperature of 28-41°C, and is filtered by a plasma separation membrane having a cutoff molecular weight of 200,000-800,000 Da to condense fibrinogen after the process (2). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
