<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an electrolyte membrane with an electrode for constituting a membrane electrode assembly of a fuel cell, so as to have no entrainment of air between a membrane and a catalyst layer and to have high inter-layer peel strength with a simple process. <P>SOLUTION: A resin solution a for an electrolyte membrane, ink b for an anode catalyst layer, and ink c for a cathode catalyst layer are prepared. The resin solution a for the electrolyte membrane is supplied into a first manifold 11 located at the center of the casting die 10. The ink b for the anode catalyst layer is supplied into one of second and third manifolds 12, 13 located to hold the first manifold 11, and the ink c for the cathode catalyst layer is supplied into the other. A laminate d with the ink b for the anode catalyst layer, the resin solution a for the electrolyte membrane and the ink c for the cathode catalyst layer laminated in this order is discharged onto a support sheet from a lip 15 of the die 10.
