<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide drinking water excellent in the stability of appearance quality, and its making method. <P>SOLUTION: The drinking water contains a mineral component consisting mainly of calcium and magnesium and also contains dissolved carbon dioxide within a concentration range of 6-100 ppm and is characterized in that the total hardness is within a range of 105-300 ppm and calcium hardness is 82% or above with respect to the total hardness. When the temperature of the drinking water is raised to 60°C to be held at 60°C for 24hr and subsequently gradually cooled down to room temperature, the lowering ratio of the total hardness is 10% or below. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
