<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily download/upload contents. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile phone (30) is capable of interactively communicating with an access point (22) by means of a short-range wireless communication function. The mobile phone (30) is capable of downloading contents from a content/file server (18) via the access point (22) and uploading contents to the server (18).
