<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching/detaching mechanism for a fitting member to a container mouth part, easily attaching/detaching the fitting member to a neck part of a container body, and changing the fitting member only by detaching the fitting member from an empty container and attaching a fitting member to a new container, and also to provide the container equipped with the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The attaching/detaching mechanism comprises: a base part 10 with a hanging cylinder 12 hanging from an annular upper wall 11 placed on an upper end face of a neck part 3 of a container body; an engagement part 40 in which a fitting cylinder fitted to an outer surface of the neck part 3 from the annular upper wall 11 and hanging therefrom via a locking means 42 by the engagement of a stepped part is formed on an elastic leg part 44 expandable by longitudinally providing a split groove; and a disengaging unit 50 for slidably engaging an engagement claw with the elastic leg part 44 by providing an engagement claw 53 on a sliding cylinder 52 fitted to the hanging cylinder 12 in a vertically movable and unlocking manner. The elastic leg part 44 is expanded by the rise of the engagement claw 53 by lifting up the disengaging unit 50, and disengaged from the neck part of the container body. The disengaging unit 50 is abutted on each lower end of the elastic leg part 44 and the hanging cylinder 12 from each lower side, and the base part 10 is upwardly detachable from the neck part of the container body.
