<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil feeding device assuring an earth circuit for an oil feeding nozzle and an oil feeding hose and preventing a dangerous state of occurrence of fire accident caused by static electricity. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An earth circuit (17) is provided which is constituted of: a housing (2) connected to the ground; an earth line (16) connected to the housing (2) and arranged along an oil feeding hose (7); an oil feeding nozzle (9) to which the earth line (16) is connected; and a protrusion piece (18) arranged at the oil feeding nozzle (9) to make electrical continuity with the earth line (16). A nozzle hanger (10) is provided with a contact point (12) connected to the protrusion piece (18) of the oil feeding nozzle (9), the contact point (12) is connected to an earth discriminating part (21) of a controller device (13) and a siren (15) is provided which is operated through an output of the earth discriminating part (21).
