<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fit an on-vehicle antenna to an internal surface of a hollow vehicle exterior part in an easy method. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A fitting bracket 40 for the on-vehicle antenna which is fitted to an internal surface of a bumper 50 and to which a frame 31 fitted with an antenna element 21 is fixed has a base member 41 including a plane 48 where the frame 31 is fixed, and three fitting members which are provided to the base member 41 and fixed to the internal surface of the bumper 50, at least two fitting members projecting from the base member 41 in different directions along the plane 48 of the base member 41 are fitting arms 42 to be bent to deform around a first virtual axis extending in a direction crossing the projection directions in a plane along the plane 48.
