PURPOSE: An oil-cooled meat roaster is provided to reduce smoke generated during cooking by reusing oil from meat. CONSTITUTION: An oil-cooled meat roaster is composed of a bottom plate(110), a heating plate(120), a filling space(200), and a lid(300). Heat of fire is directly transferred to the bottom plate. An injection port(130) is formed in the center of the heating plate. Inside of the filling space is filled with oil to prevent meat from being burned. A path(310) is formed in the lid. The oil is transferred to inside of the filling space through the path. |
