<p>The device has a control unit (37) with an electronic card for controlling tubular direct-current motors (6, 7) with permanent magnets, and a locking rod. The unit establishes short-circuit to the motors through a portion of an electric circuit at the terminals of the motors when the motors are not supplied by power. The portion has a contactor movable between open and close positions of the portion. A cylinder lock (25) has a cylinder for displacing the rod in a portal release position and the contactor in an electric circuit portion open position by operating the lock using a key.</p> |
