<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope light guide flexible tube which satisfies all different performances required for respective regions. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The light guide flexible tube 10 includes a casing tube region 18C and a flexible region 18F. The casing tube region 18C is disposed at least at both ends of the light guide flexible tube 10. In the casing tube region 18C where a plurality of casing members 20 are connected so as to be relatively displaced, curvature is limited so as to be curved only by a relatively large curvature radius. Alternatively, the flexible region 18F can be curved in any direction until the curvature radius is reduced. In such a manner, by providing the casing tube region 18C with the limited curvature only in a prescribed region and forming the region other than the casing tube region 18C as the flexible region 18F, the light guide flexible tube 10 is excellent in both durability and operability.
