PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article holding device capable of holding a new article without requiring much labor and time and to provide a hinged door. SOLUTION: This article holding device 30 is composed of a basic member 31 for supporting a lower face of magazine 91, a front bar 35 opposing to a resin-made panel 21 across the magazine 91, and a turnable supporting part 37 for supporting the basic member 31 and the front bar 35 turnably. As a result, a lower end supporting part 32 of the basic member 31 is abutted on a back face turn regulation part 17 to turn the article holding device 30 from the state storing the magazine 91, and a lower side front part 33 is abutted on a front turn regulation part 16 to enable a towel 92 to hang and hold the new article without requiring much labor and time.
