In a communication control system (1), a first mobile communication switching device (100) generates an acquisition request signal for acquiring routing information including outgoing/incoming number specifying information and call information at the stage of obtaining the routing information before a line is set and transmits the acquisition request signal to a subscriber information management device (200).  The call information includes outgoing number information for specifying a mobile communication terminal (600) on the outgoing side and call type information indicating the type of a call from the mobile communication terminal (600) on the outgoing side.  The subscriber information management device (200) specifies, based on the acquisition request signal, a second mobile communication switching device (300) on the incoming side and transmits a request signal for requesting issuing of a routing number to the second mobile communication switching device (300).  The second mobile communication switching device (300) transmits the call information to a mobile communication terminal (700) on the incoming side when transmitting a call signal for acquiring the routing number to the mobile communication terminal (700).
