<p>A generating method, decoding method and device of 2-dimensional barcode are disclosed. The generating method of 2-dimensional barcode includes: obtaining the upper-layer application data; encoding the upper-layer application data with upper-layer information, and generating the upper-layer information encoder; the upper-layer information encoder including a conjunctive character area and an information data area; encoding the upper-layer information encoder with the 2-dimensional barcode, and generating the 2-dimensional barcode.</p>
