A windmill blade having a serration plate that can be constituted independently of the overall structure of the blade, installed in an optimum configuration and can effectively suppress the noise generated at its rear edge; and a wind power generator using the windmill blade are provided. In the windmill blade (9), a backside outer cover (19) and a front side outer cover (21) are joined to each other, and a serration plate (35) is attached to the rear edge (33) of the blade. The serration plate (35) is so constituted as to be mounted when the backside outer cover (19) and the front side outer cover (21) are joined to each other.
