The invention relates to a composition comprising at least one pharmaceutically active compound present, in said composition, at a concentration of greater than or equal to 10% by weight of the total weight of the composition. The composition according to the invention is characterized in that it is in the form of granules comprising a core obtained by granulation in the presence of a crystalline powdery solid phase and of a liquid phase; and one or more successive coatings obtained by spraying a liquid phase and dusting a crystalline powdery solid phase, the pharmaceutically active compound being present in said core and/or in successive coatings. The invention is used in particular as a medicament for the treatment of pain, fever, nausea, vomiting, travel sickness, diarrhoea, coughs, sore throats, stomach ache and heartburn. |
