PURPOSE: A reinforcing composition is provided to increase construction adhesion and to minimize crack generation by uniformly dispersing non-aqueous Arbocel fiber within repairing materials. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing composition with no-rebounds comprises combination cement 20-40 weight%, calcium aluminate-based hydroponic material 2-6 weight%, gypsum 1-3 weight%, silica fume 1.5-4 weight%, Arbocell fiber 0.1-3 weight%, polycarboxylic acid-based fluidifier 0.1-0.3 weight%, silica mixing silica 43-60 weight%, and compounding powder resin 0.3-6 weight%.
