PURPOSE: An apparatus for fixing a rotary shaft of a rod type sample container is provided to prevent shaking of the upper part of the rod type sample container by supporting the sample container with a point-contact push bar and a clamping chuck. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for fixing a rotary shaft of a rod type sample container(10) comprises a rotary shaft(20), a vertical control member(30), and a fixing member(40). The rotary shaft is connected to the bottom of the sample container and rotates the sample container. The vertical control member includes a bottom part(31), a vertical part(33), and a slide bar(35). The fixing member is fixed to the slide bar on one end and to the top of the sample container on the other and support the upper part of the sample container.
