PURPOSE: A PCR primer for determining hybridized type of King Oyster mushroom is provided to specifically amplify the monospore hybridized type AxB3 of King Oyster mushroom. CONSTITUTION: A DNA fragment having specificity to monospore hybridized type AxB3 of King Oyster mushroom has a sequence of sequence number 1. The monospore hybridized type AxB3 of King Oyster mushroom is determined by confirming in King Oyster mushroom mycelium through PCR. A primer for determining the monospore hybridized type of King Oyster mushroom is 13-2-F primer of sequence number 3. A primer for determining the monospore hybridized type of King Oyster mushroom is the 13-2-R primer of sequence number 4.
