METHOD FOR OBTAINING PURKINJE PROGENITOR CELL BY USING NEPH3(65B13) AND E-CADHERIN

摘要

It is found that 65B13 is a useful marker for separating GABA neuron progenitor cells containing Purkinje cells.  It is also newly found that E-cadherin is a useful marker for separating Purkinje progenitor cells from a mass of 65B13-positive cells.  Namely, it is found that E-cadherin can act as a useful marker for separating Purkinje progenitor cells when E-cadherin is used in combination with 65B13.
