Agent comprises at least one inorganic and/or organic pigment in a cosmetic carrier and at least a precursor of a film that is cured by ultraviolet radiation or by visible light of a light-emitting diode. Independent claims are included for: (1) a packaging unit comprising at least a container containing the agent, where the container contains a coating impermeable to ultraviolet radiation; and (2) dyeing keratinic fibers, preferably human hair, comprising applying the product on the keratin fibers, exposing the keratinic fibers to ultraviolet radiation having a wavelength of 380-420 nm for 10 seconds to 30 minutes, preferably 30 seconds to 10 minutes, and then treating with an after-treatment agent.
