The element has a shaft (1) provided with a longitudinal profile, and a head (2) with a lower side (3) facing the shaft. A ring element (6) made of an elastomeric material is held in a region of a transition between the lower side of the head and the shaft. The ring element overlaps the lower side of the head and an outer side of the shaft. The ring element is formed as a sleeve, which lies under tension of the shaft. The ring element includes an axial front surface and formed as a round cord ring i.e. O-ring, lying under tension.
