<p>An ear plug arrangement (1) for swimmers is disclosed having a resilient tether (4) of substantially C-shaped configuration. An ear plug (3, 4) is releasably secured to a corresponding end of the tether (4). The tether (4) is dimensioned to extend from ear to ear via the rear of the swimmer's head (11) and lie adjacent the nape (14) of the swimmer's neck (13). A method of inserting the ear plugs and a method of holding them ready for use are also disclosed.</p> |
