摘要 <p>The method involves illuminating a region of a substance (1) with lights with different wavelengths, and changing intensity distribution within the illumination light such that same locations of the substance are illuminated with lights of different intensities. Measured intensity values for individual locations are computationally related to grey-, amplitudes-, modulations- and/or phase image of the illuminated region of the substance. The reflection characteristic of the substance is defined by the grey -, amplitudes-, modulations and/or phase image. An independent claim is also included for an arrangement for determining reflection characteristics of substances.</p>
