Provided is a protection panel (1) having a touch input function for an electronic device display window. The protection panel is configured to be fitted and held without a gap, in a panel fitting section (19a) of a casing (19) having an opening, so that a surface outside the panel fitting section forms a same flat surface. The protection panel protects a display (20) arranged on the lower side of the panel to be visible from the external through a transparent window section (18).
